I have two favorite pineapple casseroles! Both are completely different. This is the first one...
Ingredients:
1 large can (20oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1.5 cups sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
5 to 6 pieces white bread, torn into pieces
Directions:
Mix all together, pour into casserole dish (1.5 quart size) and bake at 350* until browned and bubbly.
